WHAT IS IT?

A whole bean instant coffee from Kenco. It contains 15% whole bean and the rest is a finely ground instant coffee.

THE FLAVOUR

This coffee has got a flavour that is very similar to fresh coffee and it is quite strong but is still more like instant coffee. It is rich and strong but not bitter at all unless you put too much coffee in when you are making it.

WHAT I THINK

I like the tin that this coffee comes in because it is air tight and keeps the coffee fresh and prevents any moisture interfering with it. When you need some more you can either buy another tin if it is on special promotion or but it in a refill packet and empty it into the tin.

I like the rich flavour but do not think it is as special as Kenco make out. The smell is beautiful and when I make my husband and I a mug of Millicano our dining room is filled with a rich coffee aroma that does make it smell like I have used my coffee maker.

I add half a teaspoon of sugar because I think that makes the coffee taste a bit smoother and I do this with all instant coffee. The coffee looks very dull because when you add milk it goes a bit of a muddy colour but when we have guests I always serve it in small coffee cups and that makes it look better than in plain mugs.
