Nescafe Gold Blend with half the caffeine

I admit that I do like a cup of coffee and probably drink too much of the stuff but when I decided to begin cutting down I came across this product - Nescafe Gold Blend Half Caff.

It tastes just the same as the Nescafe Gold Blend full-caffeine variety but as the label says, half the caffeine.

I'm pleased to say that yes it does seem to be good at gradually reducing my caffeine intake although the first day or two of switching to it, I had headaches but they have gone now and I feel alot less lethargic than before; probably the same as when I once decided to only drink tea for many months a few years ago.

It's a little condradictory I know to say that caffeine would make you lethargic but when you have been drinking 10 mugs of coffee per day for so long then your body probably doesn't acknowledge the boosting effects and is only more dependant on it.

      I give this product 10/10.

All the great taste and rich aroma you'd expect from Nescafé, but for those who prefer their coffee with half caffeine. All Nescaé decaffeinated products in the UK are decaffeinated using pure water, leaving 100% pure coffee.
