I am not the biggest coffee drinker, I do not drink coffee every day but I like to have it as a treat now and then. This is the brand that I associate with every day coffee drinking and I think that by far it is the best of its type. Nescafe can be found in all supermarkets and convenience stores across the UK. If I have my coffee warm as many do I like to have it milky (semi-skimmed milk) with one sugar, obviously people's taste are individual so the way they take their coffee will be different to my preference, for my specific coffee drinking habit it is a relatively low calorie drink so I don't feel guilty when I do indulge. I like to have a coffee on a winter morning to warm and wake me up but in the summer as I live in Cyprus I tend to make Frappes with this particular brand of coffee granules, in Cyprus this is the only brand they use in the restaurants to create their favourite cold caffeinated beverage. The coffee is definitely rich and full in flavour I find the best way to make this in a hot drink is to add a level teaspoon of coffee, sugar and milk first to the cup and then add the water, it stops the coffee granules from scolding and you do not lose any flavour. Honestly, the taste is completely different depending on when you add the milk.
==Cyprus Nescafe Frappe==
1 tablespoon of Nescafe
1 teaspoon of sugar (or to taste)
In the tall glass add 1 Tbs of Nescafe and sugar.
Pour about 1/2 inch of cold water.
Using the electrical hand mixer mix well to get nice foam.
Add milk and water in ratio 3:1. It depends on your taste. If you like strong coffee add more water.
Add few ice cubes, ice cream or whipped cream, whatever you prefer.
Stir it a little bit.
Put in a straw and enjoy!
