Trying to find a nice tasting coffee to sit in our work drawer has become some what of a hobby, we have tried luxury French brands, your regulars and even different flavours! However saying that the one that has proven to be the most successful with us is the Percol Fair Trade Coffee.

The coffee I am reviewing today is the decaffeinated brand (A slightly healthier option) which is graded at a three (Medium taste in non coffee language), it is full of flavour but light enough that you don't feel you are eating a coffee bean and is made from 100% Arabica beans.

The coffee is Fair Trade which means that the tradesmen and women who have grown, picked and sold the beans have been paid at a more fair rate than perhaps some others are - All of which helps with sharing the wealth!

The coffee comes ready roasted in granules, also known to most of us as "instant" which means no more hours of real coffee making but rather a quick fix in which you can pour hot water and go! The packet size is 100 grams and at around £3 for a jar I think it is pretty reasonable price.

Along with being Fair Trade the coffee is suitable for vegetarians and comes in a jar that is recyclable so if you are conscious to keep to any of these ways it's a great combined option! A great all rounder that works for breakfast, breaks and if you purchase the non decaffinated version a great pick me up too!
