Callpath Dialer ... a traditional ACD-based call center to enable groups of agents for outbound dialing. With Preview Dialing, the agent must initiate the dialing when he or she is ready to make the call. With Power Dialing, calls are only assigned to the agent once the customer has answered the outbound call.
