NBX ConneXtions Gateway ... benefits of traditional telephone tie-line and off-premise extension (OPX) circuits at a much lower cost. Unlike other H.323 gateways, NBX ConneXtions enables audio to travel throughout the LAN and across the WAN as packetized audio, thus eliminating multiple digital-to-analog conversions across the communications path. Other H.323 clients can log into the gateway to become recognized extensions of the NBX 100 system.
