Advantages: Good value, will be used over a long time

Disadvantages: None

A classic addition to any child's toybox, a set of building bricks.
These wooden bricks from Early Learning Centre, used to be sold in a large cardboard tub, but are packaged in a cardbaord box and comes with a fabric bag for storing the bricks in.

They are currently priced at £12.50, and for that you get 100 wooden bricks. The bricks are a variety of shapes - bricks, cylinders, cubes, ledges (small and large), triangles (small and large), half moons and bridges.

The bricks are a variety of colours - red, green, blue, yellow and ther are also some natural wood ones.

They are the type of toy that will be use for a number of years and will be a firm favourite I'm sure!

The bricks can be built up into towers for your child to knock down, or daddy can spend ages using up all the bricks to make a spectatcular construction, for your child to knock down as the last brick is being placed!!

The bricks can be put in other toys and carried round or posted in places they shouldn't be. As your child's fine motor skills improve they will begin to build their own towers and later their own super buildings. Watch out! don't knock over until they say so though!!

All this and no annoying songs!!

Summary: Good value toy, recommended addition to the toybox
