This is recommended for ages 5 years and over however i got this for my 3 year old on his birthday because he really wanted it and is used to playing with toys that are older than him.
In the bos is -
The track set (which requires assembly)
1 vertical Jump
1 diecast car
As far as the assembly goes it probably took around an hour to build which is frustrating but is expected with most toys these days.
It is quite a large toy when built so bare this in mind for storage. Om the positive pide you can break it down into 3 parts which means you dont have to completely start from scratch everytime your child wants to play with it.
Once set up you place the car at the top of the track, switch on the toy and let the car drop through the flames and watch it 'whizz' around the track.
If you get the car on 'a good run' it will continously go around the track.
The car may fly off the track at times and does an a fast speed so not great for young children (not used to toys like this) or babies to be near.
The Toy usually retails at £59.99 but it has been sold for a lot cheaper so look out for price reductions.
Other Hot Wheels cars can be used on the track but not all of them work as good as others.
My 3 year old and his older brother adore this toy and play with it on a regular basis. This is defintely one of the better/best hot wheels products in their catalogue.
If your child is a Hot Wheels Fan i also highly recommend the Car garage which you can get from Smyths Toys for less than £30.
Fly, race and launch the cars out of the fiery pit into a super-huge jump on this motorised trackset. Includes 1 vehicle. Not for use with some Hot Wheels vehicles.
