	Disposable Contact Lenses in General ... in till 2 weeks ago I had never used contact lenses for so i was looking for choice online of where to shop and what is best value for money i had no help really so i gave this website called www.fashion-contactlenses.com i emailed them and asked them what lenses would look best for a christmas party they said candy cane would look great at a christmas party i also asked how to put the lenses in the replyed very quickly and told me instruction would be included on the lens description this made me a tad less scared about wearing contact lenses. 	Soft Lenses in General ... had to start wearing glasses at 14. Apparently a lot of young women s eyes go a bit haywire when their hormones kick in, and I was certainly one of them. I wore glasses every day for over 5 years before I finally plucked up the courage to try contacts. Like many people I hate the idea of something being in my eye. I can t even stand the consultant at the hospital going near my eye. However the staff at the opticians were very patient with me, and I returned every day for nearly 2 weeks until I was able to easily take a lens in and out on my own. 	AMO Blink Contacts Lubricant Eye Drops ... don t wear contacts very often. I have the one-a-day disposable types that I wear on special occasions or when on holiday. When I do wear contacts, I find that towards the end of the day my eyes start to feel tight and quite tired. Disposable contact lenses shouldn t be worn for more than 7 hours at a time, but sometimes when you re out and about it is difficult to change them so the contacts start to dry your eyes out. For situation like these I used to carry a bottle of eye-drops, which worked a treat in soothing my eyes and making dried out contacts easier to remove.
