	Ciba Vision Air Optix Night & Day ... I initially started wearing contact lenses - quite a few years ago now - I had to start every day by putting the lenses in my eyes and end every night by taking them out. Which for someone who had great difficulty in this supposedly simple process was quite trying at times. It was a great relief to me when my optician suggested that I use the Night & Day Lenses. With these you only have to change them about once every month. I was advised that when I was replacing my lenses that I did not insert the new ones immediately allowing my eyes to work on their own. 	Optrex Actimist Eye Spray ... ve always been really squeamish when it comes to eyeballs! That coupled with a tendency to suffer from dry easily irritated eyes means that this new product from Optrex is a godsend. I could never apply eye drops myself and had to get someone to put them in for me, even then I had to be virtually pinned down (you should see me trying to get contacts lenses in....nightmare!) so when I read about this new Acimist eye spray I just had to try it! I was abit put off by the price first of all, it s not cheap, retailing at £14.67 for a 10ml bottle, but when I realised that unlike eye drops that have to be used within a month of opening, this actually has a 3 year shelf life... 	Ciba Vision Focus Dailies All Day Comfort ... first I was reluctant to try contact lenses, as many people had reported them drying up your eyes and being very uncomfortable, so when my optician recommended this brand I didn t think that they would be any better. I haven t looked back since! I found these contact lenses to be very easy to put in, they didn t sting and they also rarely moved out of place. The only time when I have had a lens slip is when I got a lot of water in my eye, even then it didn t slip out.
