	Ciba Vision Focus Dailies All Day Comfort ... years I wore glasses everyday of every year and it became extremely impractical, and somewhat dangerous, to play sports in them or without them. When I enquired as to any alternatives, my optician recommended that I try daily disposible contact lenses and they are incredible. Exceedingly comfortable and almost invisible when in the eye. It is improved my self confidence no end and I now have the choice of glasses or sunglasses on those bright, sunny days! Casual swimming is another problem I have encountered (goggle-less), and I have experimented in doing so in these lenses. 	Opti-Free Replenish ... had been using Opti-free express contact lenses solution for a while when my local supermarket stopped stocking it in favour of the replenish version instead. I was quite disappointed as the replenish version is slightly more expensive and comes in a smaller 300ml size. However just like the express version, it comes in a white opaque bottle and you can see how much solution is left if you hold it up to the light. This is handy so you don t run out. One large bottle tends to last me about 5 weeks. You get a replacement contact lenses case with the solution and it s safe to use with silicone hydrogel lenses like mine. 	Alcon Opti-Free Xpress ... recently switched from daily contact lenses to bi-weekly silicone hydrogel lenses, so had to start using cleaning solutions. An optician friend of mine recommended Opti-free as a brand as they are safe to use with silicone hydrogel lenses. I bought Opti-free express from my local supermarket. It cost around £9 for quite a large bottle. When I opened the box I was pleasantly surprised to find a replacement contact lense case, which was an added bonus. The bottle itself is white and opaque, but if you hold it up to the light you can just about see how much solution is left, which is handy so you don t run out.
