	Cooper Vision Frequency 55 ... the UK as they are approximately a third of the retail price in the UK. On the American websites they appear to be some of the cheapest monthlies on the market. As contact lens wearers may know, lenses in the UK may lurk under all sorts of brand names- I homed in on these contact lenses myself having worked out that my expensive lenses from a high street optician were in fact Frequency 55 from Cooper Vision. I have saved hundreds of pounds in the last six years. I would recommend them for the relatively high water content they contain which makes them comfortable for up to twelve hours. 	Cooper Vision Proclear Toric ... ve been using Proclear lenses for the past 5 years now and can highly recommend them. I use the monthly disposables and find that they are very comfortable, easy to use and clean and I great very clear vision with them. I m wearing a toric lens in my right eye only at the moment and have found it even more comfortable than the lens in my left. The toric lens is weighted so that on insertion to the eye, it slips round into the right position by itself. One major advantage I find with these lenses is that I can very quickly and easily tell from the shape of them whether they are inside out or not. 	Cooper Vision Frequency 55 ... was first introduced to this product nine years ago when I first started wearing contact lenses. At the time I was really scared about trying them out but I found them really comfortable to wear. They are very slightly tinted in blue so that they are easier to find if you lose it, and having blue eyes, I also have found that they enhance my natural eye colour as well. Obviously if you have any other eye colour, this would not happen, but it was a bonus for me. It is also easy to tell if they are inside out or the right way when they are pretty new, but this becomes more and more difficult to tell as you go through the month.
