You would think that all saline solutions are generally the same, but no such luck! First off, whoever invented the “MultiPurpose” contact lens solution should be given a prize or something! I for one am crap at cleaning my contact lenses. I have started using 2 week or 1 month lenses because of that. This solution is perfect for those types of lenses, as you never really have to clean them.

The solution claims to remove protein build up, clean, rinse, disinfect, lubricate and store your lenses. What else is there?? I have also tried other brands of MultiPurpose and have found that with the Bausch & Lomb brand my lenses are noticeably more comfortable. It may cost a bit more but you don’t need to buy everything separately therefore saving money in the long run.

I would recommend all Bausch & Lomb contact lens products over any others having worn lenses for15 years and tried many!
