Rating:
I have been wearing glasses since I was a teenager and I have been wearing contact lenses for about 5 years. I am short sighted and I have astigmatism and so this means that I can't see well far away but I can see well for reading and close work. I used to wear spectacles full time but I craved to have the vision I used to have before and this is why I decided to try contact lenses. I find glasses a little constrictive in terms of field of view and as the contact lenses are on the eye and so move with the eye there is all round vision. I have tried many types of contact lenses because I have dry eyes and I find that with some lenses I can't wear ... Read the complete review

I am shortsighted, and have worn glasses almost my whole life. I decided to try contact lenses about a year ago and see if they were a better alternative. I play a lot of sport, and glasses get in the way for me. I had struggled without them, but after putting these contact lenses in i found them to be of great assistance. I was recommended these by my optician, they are reasonably expensive but i will explain why they are worth it. They have been of great help to my daily life and i now wear contact lenses regularily. Easy to use. At first i struggled like i think most people do to put in contact lenses. Once you master this these lenses are ... Read the complete review

I was switched to these contact lenses via specsavers after my previous ones were discontinued. I found that the clarity of vision was improved when using these new conact lenses, even though my prescription is nearly identical. I can't feel the contact lenses either, even though my right contact lense is thicker due to the astigmatism in my right eye making the right lense thicker. I've been wearing these lenses for nearly two years now and have experienced little problem with these. However, my contact lenses are the monthly disposable type where i put them in soloution over night and dispose them after 30 days. I have noticed that towards the end of ... I've been using Proclear lenses for the past 5 years now and can highly recommend them. I use the monthly disposables and find that they are very comfortable, easy to use and clean and I great very clear vision with them. I'm wearing a toric lens in my right eye only at the moment and have found it even more comfortable than the lens in my left. The toric lens is weighted so that on insertion to the eye, it slips round into the right position by itself. One major advantage I find with these lenses is that I can very quickly and easily tell from the shape of them whether they are inside out or not. They are also remarkably robust, having survived being ... Read the complete review

I buy these lenses on a monthly direct debit from spec savers for £17 a month. This includes lenses, a clean contact lense casesolution and aftercare. I have worn contact lenses for about 23 years and so the original lenses I wore weren't very good for my eyes due to low water content and as a result do have some damage to my eyes so need contact lenses with a relatively high water content. These do the job really well. They have a water content of 62%. I also have a stigmatism which means the contact lenses have to be weighted. Not all lenses will do but these are great. I do wear them everyday as my son likes to pull my glasses off and they are ... Read the complete review
