Advantages: easy to use, quick to put in, popular with most opticians

Disadvantages: small amount of solution, daily lenses are expensive anyway

I should have written the maker of Focus dailies a Valentine's card because I think I'm in love. I would sum up focus dailies as small, practical and unnoticeable.

How to get hold of them

Although I only use only one main optician I’ve noticed focus dailies everywhere I go and you should be able to ask for them at your local practise, in fact they are probably the ‘default contact lenses as they were for mine. I’ve even found focus dailies abroad. I was in France once and I’d realized I’d forgotten my contacts so I walked into an optician and in very clumsy French I asked if they stocked contact lenses of my strength. The cashier casually lent to his right and took two packs of focus dailies and I would recommend them just for their popularity because I know that being able to buy my usual contact lenses that I knew and loved in a foreign place was comforting beyond words.

Packaging

I usually buy my contact lenses in packs of 90 which is the largest pack size that they have available at my optician. They come in what I believe arelovely looking packages. The package is everything you want from a contact lens box (yeah, you can tell I like them). The colour scheme is blue and white and as a result is very unobtrusive in your bathroom. Them have images of contact lenses which look abit like blue bubbles on them, which again I find perfect for the bathroom. The strength of the contacts are clearly marked on the side, big enough for you to check you are putting the right strength into the right eye but small enough so as not to advertise the strength of your blindness to everyone who passes through your bathroom.

The contact lenses themselves come in small pouches about 4cm long and you could conceivably conceal two pouches in your hand without anyone noticing should the need arise. The pouches are easy to open just try not spill the solution out of them as they are filled quite high and if you spill the solution you may spill the lens as well.

Easy to put in?

Yes, I’d say very easy. Obviously, if you’ve never worn contacts before it make take a lot of practise put you’ll soon get the hang of it and not be able to live without them. They are ever so slightly blue tinted to help you see them to put them it but I promise that this doesn’t show up at all once they are actually in your eye.

Advantages:

+Easy to use
+Easy to travel with
+Packaging looks modern
+Easy to put in
+Can be found at most opticians
+Well respected make
+One of the cheapest daily contact lenses

Disadvantages:

-Text on the actual pouches is quite small which may make it difficult for some people to see without glasses/lenses already in. But having said that I’ve never had a problem.
-Small pouches means a small amount of solution so once you’ve spilt it its gone.
-Daily wear contact lenses are always going to be quite expensive.

In conclusion

Since I got these lenses I’ve hardly been a day without them and I love them to bits. Highly recommended.

Summary: I really love these, I couldn't live without them

I cannot bing myself to use contact lenses so stick with my glasses for PC work and driving.

Well written, but I'm currently trying to decide about switching from bi-monthly lenses to daily, and I would've liked to read a bit more comparison with other kinds of lenses if you could, and certainly more about average prices.
