These 1 - day Acuvue contact lenses are made by the well known company Johnson and Johnson. They are single use disposable contact lenses.

I have been using this brand of contact lenses for about 7 years now and have never had any big problems from them. After a visit to the opticians, for a special contact lenses exam, the optician recommends the make of contact lenses which would be suitable for you. We decided I would benefit from single use disposable lenses as due to a health condition I can only wear contact lenses for about 4 hours occasionally. The optician also measures your eye so you get the correct size lense for yourself and this esures a comfie fit.

I love these contacts. They are soft to the touch. They feel very comfortable to wear. They are also very user friendly as they have a special 123 system. Basically printed on the rim of each lense is 123. Before putting the contact lense in you hold it up to the light and ensure that the 123 reads correctly. This means that you are putting in the contact lense the correct way.

They are very safe and hygienic. Each contact lense is packaged in its own pouch which is sterile. As they are disposable there is no need for any cleaning solutions and less risk of infection. They are therefore perfect for occasional wearers like me.

The 1 day Acuvue come in packs of 30 contact lenses. They cost £16.50 for a pack ( which of course is doubled if you have different prescriptions for each eye) You get them from your opticians or online if you have a valid prescription.
