A Tru-disappointment for me (Johnson & Johnson 1-Day Acuvue TruEye)

Advantages: Good oxygen permability, Dailies could be consider cleaner

Disadvantages: Cost,no long term trial, do not retain water could be a good or bad thing and can easily be damamged

Sadly these contact lenses just don't seem to work for me.. If I get up after 10am I find them better but during week I get up 6-7am and they turn my eyes red.. Regardless if they aren't dry in about 3 mins of putting them in they have dried out during the day at least 4 times. When I say dried out I meant seriously dried out like they are stuck on your eye and don't move. They also seem to irrate my eyes and make them itchhy. I strongly recommend you give them ago for atleast 2 weeks. I just tried them yesterday with only one contact lense in and my left eye and woke up this morning and my left eye sore and red but my right eye alot better. They ofcourse may work for you and this is why I recommend trying them but it's not just me having problems with these contact lenses as I have seen other reviews.. By the way if you do like these lenses but cannot afford them because they seem to be £50 a month which is double and a bit to what I normally pay. Then I recommend using each contact lense twice so thats two days. You can then ofset the cost of having these contact lenses but wearing them for 2 days which I still think is good if you replace them every 2 days. Beaware though they do say these are dailies I cannot see the problem with wearing them for 2 days just stick them in a pot of with contact lense solution.

For me dry eyes,irratation,rfed eyes, uncomfortable, stuck to eye,expensive.

Summary: Sadly these contact lenses aren not for me but give them ago but don't expect a miracle
