These are also easy to apply, once you get used to guessing where your eyes are and they do have a nice cool, soothing feeling when they go in. Simply blink, or close the eye for a few seconds to disperse the liquid and they get to work. I found these reasonably effective and maybe only had to put them in 4 or 5 times a day, which is perfectly safe although...more

Optrex Contact Lens Drops -A Solution to your troubles? (494 words)

I have worn contact lenses for a good while now and at first I never really noticed any problems. Obviously you don't really know what is the 'norm' and you just try to deal with it. During and after wearing contact lenses I find my eyes dry and often suffer from irritation. The disposable lenses I wear occassionally give me trouble, but I also wear glasses most of the time, so daily disposable lenses are what I have. Although they have a high moisture level to help with dryness I still find that from time to time I need a little extra lubrication. The Optrex range has a product for every different symptom of eye complaint and is available over the counter ...  Read the complete review

The lazy-girls guide to eye drops! (700 words)

I've been wearing contact lenses for years and have never really had any problems with them, but I've noticed over the past couple of years my eyes were starting to feel dry quite early on in the cycle of my monthly lenses. I was just putting up with it really, occasionally giving my lenses an extra couple of cleans throughout the day with my normal cleaning solution. Then I won a competition in Take A Break, an Optrex goody bag - admittedly not the most exciting prize in the world, but one product that really impressed me was a box of Optrex Eye Drops which was included. It impressed me so much that it's now a regular purchase as the drops definitely make my eyes more ..  Read the complete review

Optrex Contact Lens Drops: ~What You Looking At?~ (713 words)

==Optrex Contact Lens Drops== I have worn contact lenses now for a good number of years and from day one I have always had some kind of irritation that meant I needed a bit more lubrication. I have tried different types of contact lenses than contain a higher water content but this didn't seem to make much difference and by the end of the day my eyes were sore and tired. The Optrex brand is a highly trusted one and a company that has been around or a good number of years. They seem to be the market leaders when it comes to such things as eye drops and eye related products so I can't help but ponder over the array of different eye drops and potions ...  Read the complete review

People do think that your crying but no more winter eyes! (233 words)

Optrex Contact Lens Drops! I have been using contact lens now for about 3 months and they are really great and weird... being able to see clearly without glasses! Amazing! But there are a few draw backs to contact lens which include, irritation if you put them in the wrong way around, cleaning them when I'm half asleep and the biggest draw back is that they make my eyes really dry and some times a bit sore. I bought the drops hoping that they would alleviate the dryness and they did! Just put about 2/3 drops in your eyes, it says 1 on the box but that doesn't really seem to help the situation! My eyes can also feel like this on a cold dry winters ...  Read the complete review

Optrex Contact Lens Drops: Convenient drops for lens wearers (250 words)

Having tried virtually every dry eye drop on the shelf, I picked up some Optrex Contact Lens Drops in the hope that these would help to soothe my eyes which become increasingly dry as the day goes on. I regularly have to take my contact lenses out to get some relief from the uncomfortable feeling of having something in my eye. I prefer drops which can be put in without me having to take my contact lenses out first and these fitted the bill nicely. They are safe to use and will not damage soft contact lenses, unlike other brands.
