When it comes to dry eyes I get them for plenty of reasons, mainly because I suffer with hayfever and wear alot of eye make up. My eyes feel dry and very gritty rather often and although I have tried stuff from the Optrex brand and the likes the one I invest in the most as I find it to be of superb quality and hugely effective is Rohto to which you can purchase it in a 10ml bottle which costs about £6.49 a bottle or it can be purchased (as I usually purchase it) in 20 resealable doses of 1-day supplies for about £7.49 in chemists such as Boots.
Whether you buy the bottle or resealable tabs or not the box although different in sizes is always light and dark blue and white in colour and my box is for the re-sealable supply of 20 days treatment and on the front of that we are told that they are Rohto Dry Eye relief 'Rapid Relief From Dry Gritty Eyes 'Unique Advanced Formulation' and that it is 'Ideal For Sensitive Eyes' and of course we are clearly told that this box provides 20, 1 day supplies. Other information on the box includes being told a bit about the product and we are told how to use the product, the size is stated (which in this case is 20x0.5ml), ingredients are listed and contact details for Mentholatum (the manufacturer of the product are also given). Inside the box there is a pamphlet again telling us most of the information listed on the box once again then there are 5 long silver sachets, each one of which we are told what is in each and then within that there are 5 plastic daily dose units lined up.

Using The Product:
Well as I have previously stated you get a little plastic type of bottle that you can see through and see a watery like substance though. At the end of it, it has a little twist on and off cap to it and all you do is simply and gently squeeze the bottle to squeeze one drop into each eye 2-3 times daily to which I do use it as the instructions suggest but always end up with small amount to throw away as this can only be safely used in a 12 hour period and then needs chucking away.
Containing Hyaluronic Acids which is a natural substance already found in the eye to which restores and retains hydration as well as Tamarind Seed Polysaccharide which is meant to help repair the eyes surface this is a none fussy and easy to use product.
I simply open my eye as wide as I can, squeeze a drop in, it is none fragranced and none greasy and disappears into my eye and thats it...I'm good to go.
This doesn't agitate my eyes or anything adverse at all and lightly moisturises them as promised for a good few hours to which after a while the effects do wear off so I do use them again into the following day and then in the case of the resealable packs I simply pop another open and start again.
As I have used these daily for some time now I have noticed my eyes are more comfortable and less reliant on using the product too so that I don't feel the need to use drops so often now anyway!
I particularly like the throw away little bottles of product as they are small and easy to keep on me at all times. I use them when I'm suffering hayfever or when I'm on my laptop for too long and I find these perfect for me, my needs and comfort and that they are worth every penny they cost!
Available in all good chemists etc..I always pop into Boots to get mine!
