Sainsbury's All In One Lens Solution

I have been wearing lenses since the age of 16 and i was relieved not having to wear my glasses anymore. I hated my glasses from the beginning i got them but unfortenately my parents were against me wearing lenses. To be fair i was a bit terrified wearing lenses since i could not see myself putting the lenses in my eyes. But gladly i'm used to it by now!

As lenses are great they can be expensive especially since you will have to use lens solution. Luckily now almost every brand has a bottle and even Sainsbury's have a All in One les solution. You can buy a bottle of 250 ml for around four pounds which isn't really that expensive.

The solution is to be used while you are not wearing them so when you are keeping them in your case or for cleaning in your hands. The solution can be used for daily cleaning and is disinfecting, removes protein and is moisturising for adding comfort. Sounds very good and I have to say it works fine for me. I notice that my eyes aren't irritated or red when I put my lenses in or during the day which is a good sign. You can easily tell when your lenses are dirty when you have eye irritating during the day.

You only need a little bit of solution to clean them in your hand. You just put a little bit in the palm of your hand and then you softly rub the lens with your finger into the solution and you turn the lens around and do it again. It's advisable to wash your hands first before you do this!

The Sainsbury's All In One Lens Solution is great especially for the price. I don't really notice any difference with the other brands really. I think there are some cheaper brands but i don't think that much cheaper.
