Sauflon continues to impress (Sauflon New Day)

Advantages: Price, easy to apply, long comfort throughout the day.

Disadvantages: rarely - lenses are split when opened

I began wearing contact lenses two years ago and my optician started me off with Sauflon New Day. I was initially concerned that I wouldn't get on with lenses as I had been told that it takes a while for your eyes to get used to them, but with these lenses this wasn't the case. Sauflon were easy to apply to the eye and kept my eyes feeling moist and comfortable for most of the day. My optician recommended that I wear them for approximately 8-12 hours but they remained comfortable for longer (if I'd had a long day and didn't take them out until 11pm). Two months ago my Optician tried to offer me another option for my lenses (a more expensive brand Acu-vu I believe) and to be perfectly honest there was no noticeable difference (apart from the price) so I stayed with my Sauflon new day lenses and continue to be extremely happy with this brand of lenses.

Summary: Extremely happy with this product and will continue to use Sauflon for the forseeable future.
