Advantages: Its like having perfect vision again

I started wearing glassess when I was 15 and having trouble reading the blackborad at school, at this age appearence was everything to me and I hated wearing them so much I would only wear them when it was urgent and the rest of the time I struggled on squinting to see things a bit clearer. I foolishly continued on like this for about five years before I accepted that this was damaging my eyes further, and now I needed to wear my galsses for most things for most of the time. A couple of years later at an appointment I was invited to try contact lenses, initially I wore the twelve hour lenses and would take them out every night and leave them to soak, although these were much better than glasses I didnt like planning my life around when I would need to take them out. I progressed onto the monthly disposable lenses and have never looked back, due to my job& working environment (I work as a nurse) my eyes get dry and I therefore take out my lenses one night a month to rehydrate them. I have never had a problem using these lenses and fior only £15 per month they are the best thing ever. The lenses get delivered to me in the post every three months and are never late, you are also entitle dto two free pairs a year incase of emergencies. I recomend anyone who can wear lenses to give them a try.
