... effective at cleaning as the big brand names which I used previously. Like the others, it is a sterile solution which can be used to rinse the contact lenses and then to soak them overnight in a contact lens case. It does not claim to replenish the lens like some of the others do however I found that after using this solution, my lenses were as clean and as comfortable as ever before. I was happy knowing that any bacteria had been killed off and did not have to worry about being so stingy with the solution as ...more

Tesco All-In-One Contact Lens Solution: Why pay more? (780 words)

I have been a contact lenses wearer for many years and my previous Opticians always recommended Renu when I bought contact lenses and they use to cost me quite a bit on top of buying the monthly contact lenses. As I was recommended only this contact lenses solution I was a bit anxious to change because when it come to the hygiene and safety of my eyes I did not want to take any chances. For the past couple of years I have changed Opticians and now use Tesco Opticians and I asked the Optician about changing to the Tesco All in One Contact lens solution and we said that would be fine as long as it's a all on one solution and not just a saline solution. ...  Read the complete review

I am always on the look out for a bargain in everything I have to purchase in everyday life. Contact lenses are a definite indulgence for me and I wear them purely for cosmetic reasons I will admit. High street opticians can be reasonable, but I found online retailers to be the best price wise, until it came to adding contact lens solution to the basket which can cost anything up to £15 per bottle! I was not prepared to pay more for the solution than the actual contact lenses and was very glad to find this on the shelf in my local Tesco's! Any person who wears monthly contact lenses during the day knows they must be kept in a special contact lens solution ...  Read the complete review

Sometimes I forget that I wear contact lenses and the drawbacks that this has. When packing for a holiday recently, I realised I had forgotten to pack my contact lens solution. But it was too late! We were already on our way to the airport, so in case we couldn't get elsewhere, I popped into Tesco and found this contact lens solution. I used it the whole holiday, and thanks to it I was able to witness the beautiful sights very well! The solution is like any other really. It comes in a little box and inside is a 250ml container - not large, but large enough for a few weeks at least. The container has a screw cap, which comes off easily to reveal a very small ...  Read the complete review

having worn contact lenses for the past 5 years I've tried numerous brands of contact lens solution. Tesco All in One contact lens solution is definitely effective, but is not the best of all the brands I have tried. All in One solution is designed to clean your contact lenses overnight. You simply remove you lenses, place them in a lens case in separate compartments and soak them in solution for at least a few hours. All in One solution both disinfects and neutralises the lenses, meaning that you can clean them without having to purchase both disinfecting solution and neutralising solution and going through the painstaking process of applying them both ...  Read the complete review

Tesco All-In-One Contact Lens Solution: You'll never want to buy another brand again (379 words)

Lenses are expensive business - the cost of the lenses, the visit to the opticians and all the associated paraphernalia. And as we're talking about our vision, cutting corners for the sake of price isn't really an option. So when a decent product comes along at a reasonable price, you'd be mad not to get it. -What is it suitable for?- Storing and lubricating contact lenses. You can also use this product for rinsing after removing the lenses at the end of a day, but I personally feel this is a waste of the product, as a cheaper saline solution will do the job. If you don't use a peroxide formula for storing lenses, this does the ...  Read the complete review
