The Optical Hand Scrub is designed for the American market but I got a good deal online shortly after buying my contact lenses for the first time, and I have used the same large bottle ever since. The large 32fl.oz bottle (approx. 1 litre) is enough to last quite some time, and I havnt used a quarter of the bottle yet with my limited contact lens use. Although I am just an occassional 'dailies' contact lens wearer I use Vista-Prep Optical Hand Scrub by Amcon. The product was designed to leave no residue on your hands for when you apply your contact lenses. Before you put contact lenses in you must ensure your hands are nice and clean to prevent infections, and generally soaps and hand washes are used to clean your hands beforehand.
