I have always been a bit jubious about Ramsay's cookbooks, some seem really overcomplicated, however, this, one of his more recent publications, is very simple to use, yet extremely informative! I have just returned from a trip around the world and wanted a cook book that included many of the varied cuisines we sampled whilst away, this book has a large number of simple, yet delicous and popular recipes/foods we sampled whilst travelling.
