This book contains over 100 recipes for use in a slow cooker and was the first one which I bought when first purchasing my slow cooker. It is in a paperback book which is about the size of a standard novel. Therefore it is a little vulnerable to getting a bit battered and stain. Also, the pages itself are not made of expensive paper so will soak up any splashes and stains. Being a 'normal style' book, it will not stay open on its own which can make it a little difficult to cook from if you do not have a standard cookbook holder with an opening ridge.
