I don't know why business's do it - for adverstising I guess, the Biscuiteers are a company in London specialising in Iced biscuits. The started in 2007 and have just grown and grown, they are an oline company and instead of sending flowers you can send a biscuit!! Anyway enough of the company what about the book... I had the book for Christmas from a lovely friend of mine who knows how much I like baking and that I have an eye for design.
