This cooker is good if you want a small cooker, the size is good for the majority of the kitchens. The quality is not bad, but when I was using the oven to cook a pizza, it turns out that one side is burnt and the other is hardly cooked. This is very frustrating because I don't eat burnt stuff so half the of the pia went to the bin, which wasn't what I expect for a new cookers. But the hob, oven and grill heat up quite quickly which can save some time. The price is a bit too expensive for the product, I would personally pay about £200 max. The efficiency is OK, I like the idea that the hobs are different sizes, so according to the size of the pan, you can place it on a different sized hob. This way it saves some energy. I personally wouldn't suggest you buy this cooker if you are thinking about a long term use. This cooker is OK for just short term to medium term use. Once I spilled some soup over the hob and didn't clean it up straight away, the soup actually got stuck on there and I couldn't wipe it off. This is really frustrating. Overall, the cooker is not bad, but I would certainly look for another cooker in the future because this cooker wasn't exactly what I expected, but it's fine just for se, because the design is very bad, in fact, the cooker is quite ugly and it look cheap.
This Beko electric cooker is quite pricy in my personal opinion but compared to other retail prices for similar cookers, it is not actually that bad which is quite a shock as it performers well and cooks properly and I think it is better than a lot of other cookers. It is defiantly better than my last one.
The cooker is a smart white that easily matches other kitchen appliances but does not do much to modernize the place as it is quite basic and blocky.
The downsides to this cooker is that is not very big and hard to fit much in. I guess it would be fine if you lived alone but having to cook for 3 people at the same time can turn out to be quite a struggle. The cleaning aspect can be quite tricky due to the cramped small size as it is harder to reach certain areas but that does not really matter as it does not seem to become dirty very quickly if you do not fill it up to the point of bursting, which can be a disaster at Christmas and other parties.
It is completely powered by the mains and has 4 electric hobs on top (which lets be honest, is so much better than gas ovens as it spreads the heat more evenly).
Overall, it is a good quality cooker that does what it is meant to at a decent price, although it is a little on the small side.
Definitely do not buy this oven!
I'm only one star due to the fact that I could not use it as soon as I bought it as it did not come with ay kind of power cable. It does not state in the description that you need to purchase the cable anywhere s I had to hunt around and ask a lot of people what power cable I could use and where I could find it..
I bought this new and I have had to have the element replaced 4 times in under 2 years.
I have tried to contact Beko but they refuse to acknowledge there is a problem with this cooker, and after reparing it only once the will not do it again I have had to replace the last three elements myself, the last one only lasting 3 months.
Also, because this particular cooker is quite slim, it can sometimes be quite difficult to clean which may become an issue for older / elderly people that are wanting t buy a new cooker.
The cooker door is also quite loose and a little bit too easy to open, I'm glad I don't have a child or any children or animals in my house or this would definitely be a health hazard
I may have just accidently bought a faulty cooker by mistake or coincidence as I know a few people who own the same, or at least vey similar cookers and those people are very pleased with theirs.
I already had this oven fitted into the apartment that i moved into and i was pleasantly surprised by the quality, efficiently and performance of this product. The unit visually is white and looks very smart and crisp. The appearance is very attractive but it also has the performance power to go alongside the visual perks of this cooker.
The unit is fully powered by mains electric The unit is equipped with a main oven and a separate grill aswell as x4 electric hobs on the top- i personally prefer this to gas ovens.
Cleaning is fairly easy on this product- it's quite small and compact so along as you don't overload anything or overload food it won't be able to get that dirty.
This product will retail online for about 200 pound- but when you think the competitive market for cookers and ovens- it really isn't all that bad! Compared to prices of other ovens i am surprised this retails as low as it does because i think it a lot better than some of the other ovens and cookers i have used previously.
The only negative i would say is that is a small singular unit so sometimes if you like a bit of space when you are cooking you might find this product is a bit tight and confined space- and that is what if ind causes the mess but if you don't mind cleaning it's okay!
Thanks for reading for my review- i hope you have enjoyed it.
The cooker is fine for daily uses, but it looks cheap and I believe the price should be cheaper. Everything works fine except the oven cook things unevenly which happens all the time. This is very frustrating. If something is dropped on the cooker you can guarantee that some white paint will come of , once my cup hit the cooker and the paint on the oven door handle came off a bit. The good thing is that the cooker heat up quite quickly but cool down slowly I like the fact that there's a little red light telling you whether the job is still hot or not. The oven can be weird, when cooking the same thing sometimes it fast and sometimes it takes longer than usual. There's nothing much to complain about the cooker, but nothing special. I personally would recommend you to look at other cookers first, then compare whether this is good or not. The cooker shouldn't be for long term use, it's suitable if you are temporarily living at a place and don't bother with a good one or if you have a small kitchen because the size of the cooker is quite small. The size of the hobs are different and you can choose the size according to your pan, I think this is a really good idea but I always have difficulties to reach the rear hobs. I personally wouldn't suggest this cooker strongly because when I have first got it, I was kind of disappointed, because of the oven.
When we moved in to our house we had one of these ovens already fitted, and have used it almost daily since our move. The unit is as good as it gets for its type to be quite honest, there isn't any fancy displays or gadgets and to it just looks really quite plain. Our kitchens got quite a bit of character about it and this cooker has just looked out of place for years which has now being replaced by a much fancier and up to date unit. Although as much as we disliked the appearance we have not being able to fault the service of the unit itself.
The unit is fully powered by mains electric so no need for complicated gas installations, however be sure to install using the correct power cabling and voltage specified. The unit is equipped with a main oven and a separate grill aswell as x4 electric hobs on the top.
Cleaning is fairly easy with the appropriate cleaners, MR Muscle works a treat aslong as you don't leave the gunk to build up to much. The main oven is also fan assisted so warm up and cooking time isn't too long at all. The trays inside come out with ease for easy access for cleaning.
I recently sold mine for £120 and have noticed they are retailing new for just over the £200 mark, im sure I will be a lot more enthusiastic with my review on my new cooker!! Although as mentioned no faults whats-over so will be perfect for some.
Thanks for reading.
Recently got this cooker from Curries for a good deal after our recent one basically burnt out after only having it for a few months!
luckily i got this cooker for just under two hundred pounds so as you can tell im really quite a happy person :) as soon as my last one burnt out obviously i need a new one so went on a quick search...frantically looking for a cooker so i can start cooking again...
looking everywhere so many cookers didnt just seem right... especially with the prices being really expensive for what looks like it was a cheap piece of plastic put together. and i really didnt want to spend to much money for yet another piece of junk
luckily i knew someone who had one of these so when i saw it in curries i just knew it was the right cooker... and yep perfect cooker!!
i recommend this cooker to everyone!
