The ridiculous black metal heat deflector which has been "added" obviously because the original white one did not do its job - has no provision for fitting, so can only result in the white enamel eventually wearing away (if you have the cooker for that long!). To add to that, the settings for the oven are situated on the UNDERSIDE of the switch, so unless you are about 3ft tall you need to get on to the floor to see what number you need! Absolute heap of rubbish!! The construction of the "pan supports" allows small pans to tip, and the "rounded finish" of the supports also allows hot oven dishes to slide off. If you need to use two hands to remove a hot joint of meat from an oven dish you cannot hold the dish as well.......so beware!
