... means getting two engineers in to haul the thing out - it is heavy! It's taken it's toll on our new wooden floors! If you buy this oven make sure you get your floors installed first, you don't need any special fittings for the oven, but it's awkward to shift once it's in. When it is working, it's pretty average. We have had this oven for just over 2 years and have had so many problems with it. I can't remember what we paid for it but it seems to retail at about £2500. I think we paid a bit less than this as we bought it through our kitchen fitter who was a Neff dealer. The first oven we had had a problem with the wiring which couldn't be fixed, so we had to have a new one. When the new one came, the small oven had a problem with the thermostat, so just kept on heating up. Then the element in the big oven blew twice.
