My mother just got one of these, and if she can use it, anyone can. It's very simple to use, given that it just uses dials that have the temperature or mark on them, which are clearly written on it and are very easy to see. Electric certainly makes a difference from gas, and this cooker can cook anything with a much drier heat within a far quicker time. Certainly the grill is exceptional. Connecting up to the electric in your house is easy, though be aware that it uses a lot of power, and whoever installs is will have to check your supply to make sure it's safe to use before they can install it. There are only two issues with it. One is that that Stainless steal can mark a little too easily with the heat. Two, the hobs can become scratched if you have pans on them, which can make it look untidy and damaged within a few weeks of being used. Other than that, this is a brilliant product and is very easy to use.
