... products come with a 10 year guarantee which I think is excellent. However, I am not so sure what can go wrong with this dish within 10 years which will allow me to complain about the product. So far it is faultless and does exactly what I need it to do!

Since becoming a mummy, and my daughter now being 3 and more into eating adventurous dishes I have been trying to cook more different dishes (I'm also a tad addicted to watching Barefoot Contessa on the cooking channel!) and so I know I needed to buy some additions to our kitchen essentials. I already have a few pyrex dishes, but for roasting a chicken in I had nothing big enough. I spotted this 35cm by 23cm rectangular roaster on amazon for only £9.49 so using some vouchers into the basket it went! I will begin this review by saying that I don't know what I would do without my selection of Pyrex. Almost every time I cook I use something from the range - measuring jug, casserole, roasting dish, plate or mixing bowl. Pyrex is well known for its durability and quality. In fact I have had some of my pieces since I first got married in 1981 - that's how good it is. It is suitable to use in the microwave and can also be put into the dishwasher. I have been to known to fetch mine out of a hot oven and, once the food has been removed, put them into a bowl of cool water with no ill effects.
