I am a joiner by trade and having used many tools over the past 21 years I feel that the Ryobi 18volt plus system is very good quality for the money. Having used a lot of other makes such as Bosch, Makita, Dewalt, Metabo, Hilti etc, I find that as they are so cheap in comparison they offer excellent value added to that the fact that they are generally well designed and well made. The 18 volt One + system adds to their appeal as it allows you to use a whole range of power tools with one type of battery.
