I recently forgot to make a payment for the first time in years and was surprised to be billed not only at their exhorbitant interest rate but also fined £25. What is this for? When I tried to call I found their old number had an anouncement telling me to call 0845 which charges more to connect to. Then I get a robot asking me for the expiry date - never asked for this before so had to get card and call back. After five minutes of tapping in numbers and requesting a human it abrubtly told me they were shut and to call back. I took another look on the statement and no idea what hours they are open is given. Is this too much to ask? I suspect they are all the same or worse but I would be interested to know if there is one card company that treats it's customers humanely. Summary: |
