I'm not one for these sort of things really but there is a Boots right opposite where I work so I thought I'd get one just in case. So that was about 5 years ago and I never thought I'd use it that much but it really has paid off indeed.

It is totally free to sign up for it and in with that you can also sign up to boots health club which gives you extra offers on other things, for me I get offers on hayfever medicines and when you think of how expensive they can be it's worth getting a card just for that! But hey, thats just the start because as a Boot s advantage card holder you get offers too, you'll get offers sent through the post and can use the machines in store to print off and offers that are available that day too!

All this and I didn't even mention the fact that at some points during the year they have double and triple points weekends! So thats all peachy but what about your points you ask? well each point works out as 1p so you can save them up for something you want like a perfume or make up or as most people I know do, save them for christmas time and buy presents with them. Very handy.

Theres only one downside I find to the boots advantage card and that is the fact that the things I personally buy from boots are a hell of a lot cheaper from other places for example shampoo/conditioner/hair dye/shower gel etc are literally pounds cheaper in supermarkets or shops like wilkinsons, so buying them in boots and recieveing a few points isn't such a good deal.

Overall:
it depends what you buy and how much it should be sold for, how close your nearest boots is and wether you like shoppinjg there. A whole load of factors but the bottom line is....that we all like treating ourselves and by saving up these points you can!

Summary: Really worth signing up for! do it!
