Advantages: Get extra points from the machines

Disadvantages: Boots is an expensive shop!

I have owned one of these since I was 16. Not that when I was 16 I shopped in Boots a lot, I dont know why I got one I just did.

Years later now and I am having the best time ever!

I hardly shop at Boots at all, there is always somewhere cheaper to get shampoo and conditioner but whenever I do shop at Boots I always make sure I get the points on my Boots card.

Those Advantage Card machines that you see in store too are great! As far as I know I am the only one in my family/circle of frineds who uses them! I have tried telling them to use them!!

Put your card in the machine and look at 'my offers' you can get all sorts of offers from free shampoo to extra points on other things, entry to competitions etc etc.

I save up all my points for a year and then go to Boots at Christmas and get the 'buy 2 get 1 free' offer on xmas prezzies that they do. So I get 3 xmas prezzie for 'free' (as I think of it in my head!)

Summary: Great idea even if you hardly ever shop at Boots
