The Boots Advantage Card is a loyalty scheme which rewards you with points on every purchase you make at Boots and these points can the be redemmed against future purchases. In exchange Boots gets to know about your shopping habits and the types of products and frequency of purchases you make, Boots can then sue this information for their own marketng purposes. To be honest this is no big deal because unless you pay for everything in cash information on where you shop and how much you spend is out there already, this just tells the retailer the actual products you buy, at least with this card you get something for nothing unlike with an online retailer where you can quite often give this information for free. Lets be honest Amazon know my reading and film watching tastes on the back of Dooyoo voucher spend.

It is easy to sign up for, either get a form and card in store or register online, you get four points for every pound spent and a point is worth 1p, so at a 4% return it is one of the more generous reward schemes when you think Tesco only pay 1% and to get a 4% return from them you have to purchase deals. Points do not have a time limit before you have to use them and it is easy to redeem them at the checkout when you make your purchases.

Also I find you will also get card holder promotions which can be quite useful. Overall a loyalty card worth having if you shop at Boots.
