A loyalty card which REALLY rewards (Boots Advantage Card)
Member Name: magenta23
Advantages: A huge 4 points per £1 and reagular vouchers especially for you Disadvantages: Can't use points as part payment No longer have loyalty cards got anything to do with loyalty! I think most people have a 'loyalty' card in their wallet for every store! However, I have to say Boots is a store I have stayed loyal to, mainly for it's advantage card. It's more generous than any other loyalty scheme, 4 points per £1, that's more than even the credit card- store card types. Boots also send me regualar vouchers, indeed to get me to spend more, but on the things that I buy anyway. They really look at what you spend on, and give you vouchers accordingly. Not anything to tempt in your latest mailing? They also have machines instore where you can put in your card and browse through all the offers for card holders before you shop, then you just print out the coupon. Great! The only disadvantage with this scheme against others is that you have to use your points to buy an entire item or items, you can't use it as part payment, however you don't need to wait for any vouchers to come through like Tesco etc, you just had over the card and pay with it. A well thought out an generous system which really does make customers loyal. Summary: The besy loyalty scheme around. |
