Advantages: yes.you do get a hearing aid

Disadvantages: are they part of Boots???

l personally think that there is a sneaky 'con'.l paid for my partners hearing aids(£2500),handed over my credit and my partners advantage card...my credit card was accepted..then the advantage card was handed back and we were told that as the hearing section although under the Boots umberella was run by another company..not part of the advantage scheme...no joy from the customer service whose comments were that the hearing aid company did not sign up to the scheme...surely..we the customer should be informed of the fact that a/ the company that advertises as a Boots company is in fact nothing more than a franchise and b/ it does not belong to the Boots Advantage scheme. l would be extremely interested to find out if any one else using the boots hearing centres....or even whether the opticians are the same or not are aware that these are not part of the boots company
