I remember getting a Boots card as soon as I turned 16 and using it for everyday essentials like make up :)

Basically, the Boots Advantage Card is a loyalty card for every £1 you spend , you get 4 points. 4 points=4p. Sometimes Boots do triple points weekends or double points on certain items.

Personally, I think the main advantage is the instore kiosk which looks slightly like a cash machine. You just stick your card in there and the machine will display a number of offers that only an Advantage Card holder can get, you then print these off and use them instore. Previously, I have had free items , money off vouchers 200 extra points ( even 500 sometimes) when you buy a certain product. It is nice to get a little extra back. You also earn points on phone top ups.

Also I really like the when you buy 5 meal deals within a month, get your sixth free. It is a little sign of Boots showing that they value your loyalty.

All you do is hand over your card at the till and they will add the points for you. If you don't have the card with you, you can keep your receipt and they will add the points on for you at a later date.

Usually I try to save up my points for Christmas presents or the sales after Christmas but I always end up treating myself and I don't feel guilty for buying that bottle of perfume!
