Advantages: 4 Points Per Pound, Get Yourself A Treat With The Points

Disadvantages: Would take a long time to save up points for anything decent

Most stores in this day and age offer some kind of rewards scheme for shopping in their store and Boots are no different. They offer you 4 points for every pound you spend in the store as long as you have a card that is. Now each point is only worth one pence so I wouldnt really advise you to get one unless you shop there lot! I got one a few years back now and have only recently started using it in the last few weeks and I still only have around 12 points which isnt going to buy me much now is it?! It would be very good to get one however if your planning on doing your Christmas shopping at Boots as theny our points would add up very quickly and you might actually get enough to spend on something.
I would say it's a good idea in theory but you do have to spend a lot of money in order to get anything free off your card.
You also cant spend your points online you have to make a trip to the store and you cant spend them in the opticians sector of the store either.
So if your considering getting one Id suggest you read the terms and conditions first as there are a few rules they may not make clear to you when you sign up.

Summary: If you shop in Boots a lot then this is for you!!

I redeemed £70 last week and I only used the last lot up in March! I don't buy any toilettries from the supermarket but once a amonth stock up and make use of the vouchers in the kiosk, such as 300 extra points when you spend £25. Definatly worth it!
