Disadvantages: They will get everything wrong!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They don't know what they are doing and they will mess up your account and you will not be able to get anyone to fix it. They were rude to me several times trying to solve my problems and they actually hung up the phone on me because they did not know what to do and they did not pass me to a supervisor. They should not be in the money business. It is only a matter of time before they will go out of business!

Summary: Trouble getting things fixed with Capital One. Everything is a hasel!

If I had read this review without checking the category name I would be clueless as to what the review is about from your actual words. You need to explain what products or services the company offers (or are supposed to offer) and then discuss your issues with them.
