Capital One are terrible, their customer service is non existant. My Husband died in January, they owe me £115.60 from his account, 9 months later I am still trying to get this from them. I'm sure if I owed THEM money they would have taken me to court long ago. Every time I speak to them they say they are sending the cheque and it will take 21 days WHY!!!!! although it has been 9 months. I have a Capital One card of my own which I will be cancelling, I would not advise anyone to use this Company they are appalling.
