Disadvantages: extremely rude account managers

I have been fighting cancer for the past 5 years and on reduced payments thanks to the efforts of the C.A.B.
My card was destroyed 4 years ago, I have had no statements for 3 years.
C.O sent a letter requesting my Bank statement and proof of income. I responded stating I wanted a closing balance. I got the exact same computer generated reply, nothing to do with the issue in hand.
Their so called account managers are so short on people skills that telephoning leads to a rather unplesant conversation.
I have given them a 1 star on this review it should be -5
