Capital one are Ignorant, Abusive, they will not listen to what i have to say, i get and have been promised 21 calls a day from them chasing an account that they have been instructed to set up a direct debit with and they have ignored it completely, trying to get them to admit that instructions from my bank to set up a new direct debit is futile, now i am being threatened, calls that i answer from them are being logged by me and the ombudsman is dealing with them, but still they call, still they threaten, they are not a company that i would recommended to deal with!
