I hate Credit cards however, i can not complain about capital one, they have been patient and have provided a good service for me.
Their website www.capitalone.co.uk really does give you some good information.
As with all credit cards you have too use them wisely, while i am always on time with my payments there was a time 18months ago where i got behind, i found Capital One very understanding and helped to resolve my debts, where other banks just leave you and help you too fail.
Good website good telephone response times, good assistance and you can actually talk too a human being which is all important these days.
The registration and online service is very efficient and quick.
Credit protection is also available and good online calculator.
The statements can be paper or online, very detailed and up to date.
