Continued from last re missing payment, all requested papers were gathered and faxed. I asked for confirmation by phone asap. None received. I rang later the same day myself and they confirmed receipt after keeping me hanging on again at my cost. Nothing heard until 27th March when I received a call from collections demanding money. I explained the situation, they kept me on hold while it was checked, they came back to say all papers had been lost, and should be faxed again. my records will be updated to ensure no more debt calls. To date I have still not received any acknowledgment whatsover but I have received approx 12 calls which when answered and after saying hello are terminated by Capital Ones operator I can only guess they want me to phone them back! has anyone else had the one bell call back test? Unbeliveable. I have written twice to Executive Office but still no acknowledgment.
