Call centres can't even understand what they are saying, all scripted and no help at all, try and speak to any managers strangly they are never available?! seems that this company just wants to get you as far into debt as possible then kick you while you are donw, DO NOT USE THEM
This is the worst credit card company I have ever dealt with, they are worse than loan sharks and petty theves, their interest rates are now extortionate.
If you have one of these cards MOVE AWAY NOW FOR YOUR OWN SANITY!
I will NEVER advise anyone to use these even if they were the last financial company on the planet! they should think of customers not profit. they are driven by profit only!! you want to waste money?? go burn it, you'll at least get light and heat back from it!
