Capital One - Don't rely on them (Capital One)

Hi have been a customer with Capital One for around 4 years now. My experiance of them has not been a good one. Their customer service is rubbish with only overseas call centres to answer your questions.

Rececently I had time off of work due to a motorcycle accident and ended up incurring £25 of charges even after i explained why i couldn't make the payment, and that it had been a one off occasion.

They only seem to give you just over one clear week in which to pay your balance or minimum payment. They do however like with most credit cards offer you interest free if your balance is paid in full at the end of each month.

Their interest rates are far higher than other competitors, i would definately recommend that you do not get a Capital One credit card. As soon as my balance is settled here i will be closing my account with Capital One.

Overall a negative experience here from the word go.

Summary: All round bad show can't wait to shut my account.
