Advantages: Great online system, Great customer service, Clear statements

Disadvantages: Watch out for interest on checks and cash withdrawls

Had my Capital One Platinum Card for 6 months now and I can only praise it.

I have had many credit cards in the past but all with creeping interest rates etc etc.

As for Capital One:

Customer Service Excellent - Alhtough sometimes it takes a few clicks on the phone to get through to human voice my experiance is that they friendly and certainly know their stuff.

Statements - Always come through on time, very clear and well laid out and you can make no mistake of when payment is due by.

Payment Method - I pay my bill through my on-line bank and payment is usually visable in a couple of days.

Capital One Online - Site is excellent most transactions are on within a couple of days, although there were a few technical issues last week but the helpdesk were very helpful.

Interest - Currently I am on an intro offer of 0% but even after that they are very competitive and in most cases much lower.

Extras - No real extras to sing about just a good simple card. Capital One looks after its customers, long may it continue.
